Mark Fairchild | President and CEO
Mark brings more than 15 years of experience in multifamily and commercial property management, with a background in overseeing large portfolios, improving asset performance, and leading teams to build strong, sustainable communities.
His commitment extends beyond real estate through roles such as Community Multifamily Specialist for the City of Fitchburg, Commissioner on the Fitchburg Board of Review, and Founder and President of the #SmallWins Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to organ and tissue donation awareness. Named to the InBusiness Madison 40 Under 40 in 2024, Mark also stays connected to his music roots by performing locally and DJing community fundraisers. He lives in Madison with his wife, a teacher in the Madison School District, and their two children.
Kevin Visel | Vice President
Kevin Visel is a seasoned real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in commercial brokerage and real estate investment. As Vice President, he brings deep expertise in commercial acquisitions, sales, management, and leasing, along with extensive knowledge of land use and development.
Kevin has built a strong track record of guiding clients through complex transactions and long-term growth strategies. His work reflects a balance of analytical insight and practical execution, making him a trusted advisor in the real estate community.
Outside of real estate, Kevin is also the owner of Sunrise Donut Cafe in Monroe, WI, where he combines his entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to community.
